Postcards from Cornwall

Inspired by the rugged coastlines and watercolour sunsets. This collection transports you to the beautiful setting of Cornwall

This project was inspired by my many trips to Cornwall, where I focused on the coastlines and colours found in these. To find my colour palette I turned my photographs into physical striped yarn wraps, which inspired one of my final pieces. I used hand knitting, domestic machine knitting, stoll knits and weaving techniques to create this final set of samples.
